Not received money

I recd call from BagItToady stating that I have been declared as winner for gold box offers where I would get an assured gift of Cash or Jewellery voucher for rupees 220, 000 & as per them these vouchers can be used at authorized outlets of Baggittoday in our city . & they forced me to make 2 transaction (Phillips home theatre - 110080565 & Gold Box - 110080567). Now when I called customer care they suggested to call later as the same is not updated in the system.later when I called them, came to know that these vouchers are only applicable for online shop of Surat Diamonds & nowhere else, also these voucheres are discount vouchers (Not Shopping vouchers). Then requested bagitttoday to cancell my all 2 above stated stransactions through mail on 23.07.2010 to id membership@bagittoday.com, i have not recd any responce from them. request you to hep me in this regard.

After continuous follow up, i have still not received my money back. Everytime they say it will take another 15 days.
