Free Gift Not send

I have placed a order on 30th August of Reebok Shoes.

I have got a free gift of Reebok Teeshirts & Shorts.

Since it was the first purchase, i was promised to get a free Reebok Watch. The same is mentioned on the website. Also the customer service team has confirmed me on phone regarding the same. The same has not been received.

I have raised this issue with the customer service team. The problem ticket no is 614725 as confirmed by the team.
