Bag It Today
Order Not Dipatched

Hello,

I received an email from India Today (Bag it today) wherein i was offered a Provogue Gift hamper worth Rs 1599. I placed an order bearing Order Id 1001571782. This was placed on Dec 27.

The money was charged instantly but i didn't received any kind of communication regarding order status.

I called them on Dec 31 and then on Jan 5 wherein I was promised that my order would reach me on or before Jan 15 as i ordered that to gift it to someone.

I waited patiently but still didn't got any response so i called them back on Jan 11 when the Customer Care executive was very rude in responding.

I was informed that order is OUT OF STOCK and can't be delivered.

I really feel frustrated and cheated by this fraud company... I demand answers to my following queries

a. Why wasn't I kept informed about my order status?

b. Why wasn't I informed about the non availibility of the gift hamper when I called them on two previous occassions?

c. It was me who was regularly calling and emailing them..No one from the company care to acknoeledge my calls/emails. I wouldn't even ever came to know about the non availibility if i haven't called them.

d. Pathetic, unsatisfactory and rude reponses from their Customer care executives.

I would strongly recommend everyone NOT TO make any deal with this company... I feel harassed and cheated.
