On 31.12. I placed an order for 01 no. LG Mobile Phone KF 240.
Order id is 1001622272. Payment of Rs.3698/- was debited to my credit
card. At the time of order, it was assured that item will be delivered
within 14 days or maximum 4 weeks. But the item has not delivered till date. I contacted
customer care Executive through phone and via e.mail but no satisfactory
answer has been given. I am told that item is out of stock or the item is
not presently manufactured by the company. If it so, they should refund the
entire money instantly but they are not interested to listen. Please advise
how can I get my hard earn money back.
