Not received the items requested even after 2 months through online shopping of Bagittoday

I have ordered for a parcel/gift which contains a MTV Chequered dial unisex watch from BAGITTODAY of Readers Digest Ltd through Online Shopping

The order was made on 09/12

Till now I have not received the materials ordered. I have not recevied any intimation regarding this.

I have sent several mails and complaints to them regrading this and till now i have not received any information.

so i would like to register a complaint aganist them.

So sir, please make necessay arrangements for receiving the material from them
