With reference to offer published by Bag it today (IT Today group) in my E-mail address, I have ordered a LG KP 320 Mobile phone and paid a sum of Rs. 3698/- on 18.1.2011 to supply the said items within 18 days from day of order as per their term and condition. But inspite of our repeated request in several times, they are not sending items nor my refund. I had talked over phone to the following customor care officers of Big it today. Mr. Nitin on 02/02 Mr. Nitin on 03/02 Ms Kavita on 07/02 Mr. Dinesh on 08/02 Mr. Shivnath on 13/2 Mr. Abbash on 15/02 But no one is giving satisfactory reply. My order No.1001877519 in the name of Garima Mishra and my Mobile No. 9910120538. I want to file a case against this fraud firm/group which is harrasing the people.
