India Today is running an Online shopping portal "Bagittoday". Under order ID 1001715946 I had ordered a Reebok shoes on 7 Jan that they despatched on 23 Jan. The consigment was sent through Aramex, a multinational courier company. The item was not delivered for long time and neither Bagittoday or Aramex was responding responsibly. On 24 Feb after 2 weeks of follow up Aramex casually says that they have lost the item.
