Hi Sir,

I got an offer by email for a "Gift", that is the sunglasses at the payment of Rs 399. I made the payment online using my debit card and the Order ID is: 1003000786

I did receive a package however the glasses were NOT the one they showed in the offer. It was an entirely different thing.

I spoke to the customer service from Bagittoday and to my horror, was informed there can be nothing that he could do.

Could you please guide me in this matter?
