This is Madhusudanan. I have placed two order thru bagit today (which is india today group) on March 13th. But till today i have not received any products. Whenever i called it was mentioned that order is not updated in system and sometimes it will be delivered. But nothing happened till today (30th march). When i called on 30th march to number (0120-4112424), thy have replied that one order 1003624624 is despatched and consignment no. is 43694791932. When i checked with Blue dart thy say the consignment number is incorrect, we dont have any consignment with the said number.
