BagIT Today
Online shopping issue

I had done online shopping on 'BagIT Today' on 11th March. The order number is 1003560490. Till date the order is not executed.

I had requested for cancelation of order on 15th April and requested reversal of payment. Till date neither the order got cancled nor I have received my money back.

I am following on the call center number 0120-4112424 but the agents do not have any firm answers.

What to do in such a situation? Is there any escalation contact?
