Not receiving of all products

My membership no -- BIT110453522 - complaint regarding not receiving of Reebok shoes, tracksuit, sunglasses

With reference to the above, I would like to bring it to your kind notice that so far I have not received the

Item no - R1342- Reebok shoes

Item No- R1083- Reebok track suit

Item No- M2059 - MTV sunglasses.

though I have made payment of Rs3568=00 (including transportation cost) through cash to head post office, koraput on receiving the box from India today/ bagittoday and on opening it in presence of head post master, koraput branch i found only one bag and a 4 no.s of magazine of wealth insight which i had not ordered.

Therefore I request your good self to kindly look into the matter and see that the above items are delivered immediately. I have already sent a similar complaint to response@bagittoday.com and so far nothing has been heard from them. Otherwise I shall be constrained to take up the matter to the consumer grievances cell for the delayed and non delivery of the goods.
