Not Shipping the product more than 12 days passed

Hi,

I have ordered Reebok Luggage Bag, Reebok Classic Jacket from Bag it today (order no.- 1012292547) on 03/11.

According to term & condition have mention (We will take between 2-7 days for delivery of order/gift).

Now 12 days has been passed and until now i didn't get any reply / shipping details of this order.

Today 14/11, I have not received the product or any shipping details of order no. 1012292547.

I have contact customer care 0120-4112424 and send mail also many time they told me order

detail is not update.
