Complaint against bagittoday

I have purchased 3 products from bagittoday via order no 1012284128 on 2 nov through internet banking. i have used some promocode of bagittoday, given by them only which contains discount, now after sending dispatch details. BAGITTODAY is saying that you have used invalid promocode and that promocode is not for that particular product, they had already deducted money for products.

My question is this

1. when they know the promocode is invalid why they deducted my money or completed the transaction.

2. Why they had given me Dispatch details, that my product is dispatched to my address.
