Bag It Today
Fraud in delivery of product

Dear Sir/Mam,

I have ordered a pair of Reebok shoes from "Bag it Today" an enterprise of The India Today Group on 18/02 vide order no 1015426846. Today I received the parcel after paying requested amount at local post office but when I opened the parcel I found two magazines in place of shoes.

This is clearly a fraud and these companies are cheating the online buyers daily like me.

When I logged a complaint on their customer care, they are asking to provide it in written from postal department while postal department is not ready to take any responsibility.

Kindly look into the matter and help me.
