Products not received even after 2 months

Bagittoday executive "Roshan" called me and he said 'Since you are regular customer you have won an offer... Buy philips home theater system worth nearly 8000 and you will get some jewels free."

I purchased online and entered my payment details through IVR, since I already required the home theater system for my son.

Nearly 3 months have gone and even my account has been debited by Rs 8000 and so far there is no sign of sending the product to me by the company.

I have wasted lot of time by calling STD number 01204112424.

Someone picks up and says like ' the booking id 110093883 is correct and that Bagittoday company has already received the payment. However, they will take about 3 weeks to deliver.' There are other lame excuses as well.

This has happened many times now.

I am now in a desperate situation wherein I am thinking to knock the doors of police or lodge an FIR against Bagittoday?

Can this be redressed before I take this extreme step?
