Poor quality product

I was offered 2 diamond sets (blackberry free) from bagittoday.com for Rs.18999. According to the company's claim the diamonds are certified by GCI (Gemological Centre Inc.) and that these diamonds are worth Rs.60, 000.

When the parcel came few days latter, I found that diamonds did have a certificate, bu t from GJI (Gemcraft Jewellery Institute, Delhi). There is a report no. mentioned on the same. When I verified with GJI, they checked their records and said that the certificate was not issued by them and its a fake.

I took the diamonds to some jewelers and got them tested. No one was ready to give anything more than Rs.6000 for the 2 sets which is only 10% of the company's claimed value. Because the company is a well known one, I paid Rs.18999 and they sent items worth less than 30%.

I am not sue how many were conned by the company in this fashion.

I had similar experience earlier but for Rs.500.

My sincere request to all is that kindly donot get cheated by this treacherous company.
