Online Complaint/ Refund not received

Please see the details of my order and membership details below. This reply is dated 1 month back.

It has been over 2 months since I placed the order; a month back they said the product is out of stock and so I requested for refund. They did acknowledge the request and I've been following up ever since (over 1 month now). However, I've not got it yet. I tried calling on their number many a times just to hear the recorded message over and over again every time.

Please provide any information to redirect my complaint!
