INDIATODAY LUXURY HOLIDAY STAY

I have purchased LUXURY HOLIDAY STAY by paying Rs7498/-. I have submitted the form on 15 Dec with 3 destination choices with 3 dates as per the terms and extra Rs750 as DD for processing (booking the hotel). They have not processed yet as on 16 Mar. The 3 dates given as choice has already gone and they didn’t book the holiday stay for me.

I have contacted to their tel.nos. 01204112424, 01206182100, 080-40554870, 080-40554850, 9611058097 and complaint. There was no use, only waste of call charges for me. I have sent many mails to response@indiatodaybookclub.com, response@bagittoday.com, customercare@bagittoday.com, anusha@bigcity.in, feedback@bigcity.in but there was no response (reply) email. Lot of time got wasted. If we are calling one tel. no., after hearing every thing they ask us to call other no. or other email ID’s. Each time we will have to repeat in full. Only 1 time they gave a complain no. 742962.

They are having too many names like Living Media India Limited, India Today Book Club, BagItToday, Premier Sales Promotion Pvt. Ltd., BigCity Promotion.
