I had ordered for a Reebok wrist watch-I1663133 on 13.05.10 for Rs 299/-, Order numb--OGA100013568 on BAG IT TODAY&INDIA TODAY.I had received the same by ARAMEX courier, consignment Number-6164847640.The watch was damaged (broken glass). I am not satisfied with the product & service being delivered to me. As per the telecon held in the evening in your delhi office on 011-40502424 I was asked to return back the watch with an application & the copy of the delivery note. I was committed that I will be apid the return courier charges as well by the company. I had sent back the RBK watch by Proffessional courier today itself alongwith--an application, copy of the delivery note & the courier bill copy.
