Misguide, fake offers

I had placed an order on 9th April for a Blackberry Storm 9530 (mobile phone). I received a confirmation call the next morning, promising me that I will receive the product within 2-3 weeks. When I started following up with the BAG IT TODAY telecaller executives, every time I was told with a new story. They finally confirmed the product to be out of stock, also every time I call they say that their senior is out and not in office.
