Payment for online purchase was done thru credit card to Bagittoday on July 1 (morning) for Rs.2498.In the afternoon some one calls from the company saying there are attractive diamond gifts attached to above purchase and payment for Rs.9999 is required. Can be opted for easy instalment payment. When I refused he told me that I need not pay all the amount but only Rs. 555 initially thru credit/debit card. He made me convinced due to instalment option. The whole thing seemed just ok to me as earlier also follow up calls to confirm the purchases were made by the company's staff and products were delivered. I provided the OT password received from BT credit card but to my shock the next sms came mentioning that Rs. 9999 is debited from my credit card against Living Media India Pvt Ltd. (I had nothing to do with LMIPL as the person was calling from Bagittoday). Thereafter series of correspondence with the company thru phone/e-mail but they are silent. The Co. is allowing such cheats to flourish.
