Delivered Broken Show piece ordered from their online portal

I had placed for the Gift article Online Feb 10, which had to be delivered to my address:1/1, Hombisilu, 2nd Floor A, 2nd Cross, Maruthi layout, Adjecent to BCC layout Govt College, Vijay Nagar,

Bangalore Karnataka

The Order contained A Show piece, Bouqet of Flower and a Soft toy, for which i paid Rs.1179 (One Thousand one hundred and Seventy nine only), the flower and soft came in a different consingment and the Show piece in a different consingment through FedEx when we opened it, the show piece was broken when we called up the Courier i.e FedEX Yeshwanthpur, Bangalore branch they refused to take it and the online contact details given below refuse to answer the query, please help in getting this issue resolved.
