Poor and slow services

Dear sir, I am tired of airtel poor and slow broadband services, inspite of paying so much money am not getting good services in return.hence, i want to disconnect this poor connection.everytime i complain, engineer come and check and after that for few hours it works well.but after that same poor services. I've taken plan of 999/-, but bill comes of around 1500.and inspite of that half of the time landline remains dead.please kindly disconnect. I never expected such poor services from airtel, and i dont want airtel services now.kindly diosconnect as soon as possible.
