Fraudulent website and irresponsible customer care

Hi,

Beware of this company website basecamp.in, these people are cheats, and they charge multiple times for the goods u order online and they dont give the product too, very big cheats, i ordered a item from them for 2200, they charged 2200 x 6 times and didnt ship the product also, but when called on their toll free number they simply tell you that they will get back to u and they either cut the line or put you on hold, also the corporate office receptionist lady (toll free No.) is very mannerless and rude, they just want to avoid taking calls when some problem occurs, even my friend had same problem itseems i just foundout when discussing it with him, dont get lured by thier products
