opted for the connection on 05-05

Activation time committed 24 hrs

Coustmer care Experince: very very very very very very Pathetic

very very very very very very worst.

i have opted the beam connection on 05th may'10 and till today the connection is not installed and i am trying to reach the sales exe either he is disconnecting my call or he is keeping is mobile switched off Executive details: Naveen 9848623687 Hope he is Son of BIT... and called cc so many time but pepole say that it would be done in 24 hrs and hope people working with the BEAM live for ever as their 24 hrs never complete. At last it is fuc... service.

Thinking of Beam i have cancelled the Tikona Service which was far better than Beam.

Good Know's what will happen to my beam connection and i thought i lost my 2300 rs, 6 mons adavance rental thinking that it would be best.

So all pls be aware before taking beam connection.
