Net Disconnection problem

I live in Himayatnagar... I have been using beam for almost 2 years from now... Of course I had many problems with them and restored at times. But the big problem now is that my net connection is disconnected and not working since 23th June, that's bloody 7 days in a row... This ticket number - 5435421 I lodged a complaint long ago was cancelled for no reason. I called them many times to the customer service and there was no response at all from them, it's like as if they closed down their business. I don't even know what the hell is going on over there, are they fixing? or just fooling around...

I'm really fed up with this horrible service it's affecting me and my daily work so miserably. I want my net connection to be restored as soon as possible or else I'll not pay and just cancel the service and go for better ones which don't have this kind of bullcrap problems.
