Delay in shifting internet connection

Hi Sir,

I have opted for an Broadband connection 10MBPS for (1000 RS 600 RS Installation) Which i should pay in advance unlike other companies.

I took this connection on 4th February. I used it for 2 days. Then Unexpectedly I have to change my Address.

They promised to do the shifting in 5-7 Days. Even after 5-7 days, there was no response from them. I called them so many times till that time.so, I have to put a Leave for office and go to BEAM cable office for shifting to be done.

I went on 14th February. ThenI have to forcefully make them come and install bont on my house terrace.

and on 17th february, i have to go their office again to set a cable from bont to my home.

now it is 17th evening, and till now, its not resolved nor i got my connection. t

THEY CALL ME NOW AND SAY, IT WILL TAKE TWO MORE DAYS TO DO THIS SHIFTING AFTER EVERYTHING IS DONE.

IT IS AFFECTING MY WORK IN THE OFFICE AS WELL AS MY HEALTH.

THEY WONT GIVE CLEAR INFO AND MAKING US SUFFER FOR THEIR PROBLEMS.

THEY ARE GIVING FALSE PROMISES AND COMMITMENTS.

PLEASE TAKE SOME ACTION.
