Sir,

I applied for new Beam Cable and paid Rs 5, 500/- for six month plan on 18th Feb. Exec promised me that I will be getting connection within 10 days. But till today 17/03 they simply installed a empty box with any instrument. When ever I call them they ask for 24-48 hours for solution. every time I get a new ticket number. Really they have eating my money and time. I request every not to go for this conection. If possible plz try to resolve my issue.
