Cheats about the payments

I have beam account with account no-46183 and i have been paying my beam cable amount on regular basis but for the last 2 months they are treating me as a fool and asking me to pay for the previous month which i have paid but according to them its not paid.

and for last 1month its been disconnected and still it says that i have to pay Rs.1200.

i have made several complaints but no one contacts.

i request beam cables to look into the matter and help me out of this issue.
