Bad Service and no Response to my complaints

Hi,

this is Karthik, i have applied for a new connection and paid 3300rupees as half yearly payment on 01/03 they said that i will get the connection in 3 days but they failed, after calling them several times i got connected on 12th that was ok till that... I started to use my Internet from that day it just worked for a day and its disconnected after a day (i.e., on 13/03) when i call the customer care they are registering a complaint, sending a ticket number and saying that technician will approach in some time, But no Technician is approaching to me and when i call the customer care the same story is repeated. Please help me as soon as possible

Not only that they also said that the net works when there is a power cut but it fails when i ask them they r telling that a battery will be installed soon but no proper response

So Kindly solve my issues as soon as possible and take action on them. Thank You.
