Not fair connection at all!!

My name is mohammed yousuf

I work as team manager in adroit hyd, i have taken connection from beam tele in may10

soon after i face problem of limited connected, server not found error.

I call to customer service many times but i got no response later when i try to contact to head office there is no ph of head office at all were adress of offce is available on web site www.beamtele.com, i belive not only me many ppl who use beam facing same problem y don't u take strict action on them..
