Very very bad performance and slow issue

Hi All,

Since last 3 months I am facing the performance issue with beam telecom hence I have raised the below ticket (134505) on 22nd Nov but there is no use since I didn’t get any proper solution and it is a huge impact on my daily work.

I had work with Technical support person (Pavan) on 23 Nov for the below issue. As he said that beam telecom is not supporting to Windows 7.

I felt very bad with Beam telecom services and I never happy with my net connectivity.
