Eam telecom are big cheaters

HI iam shravan from hyderabad..i have taken a one year package and now realised that i have been cheated. They never did what they said..i hardly get the net connected and by chance if its get connected it will be of a snail's pace, no answer from the coustmer care. They said i would be getting a free system service and free antivirus..they never did that and even if i raise a complaint it gets closed without the problem being rectified..beam telecom are a big fraud.
