No responce from 4 months

Hello Sir,

I applied for Beam telecome broad band for 6 months package and i paid total amount. They given me service after to months taking of my money, after one month i changed location to 100 meters from my old location, and i request them by customer service to shifting connection, I called on Jan 1st, from that day iam calling to Beam custumer service they said I understand your

problem sir...", " Our Technician will get in touch with you and resolve

your problem within 24 hours" etc. Nobody attempts to reach the customer

enquiring if the problem has been resolved.

But no one will get in touch with me, every time same answer for me from you

custumer service.

I asked them atleast paid my money back but they dont give my money back. I used thats ervice only one month, really iam tired with them, its a big cheating and crime.

can you please cancel licence that company forever, because no one will get problems same in future.
