Not providing Internet connection

I have payed rs 2300/- On 27 may to the marketing executive.

The registration number is :9010319362

on name: raj kumar nalla.

He promised the connection in 2 days. Its 26 days now. I DID not receive any connection. I have made 5 calls to 04066272727 and made complaint, no one is considered. 5 times visited nearest office got careless replies.

I've wasted valuable time calling them and going to their office, got mentally distracted from my work, lost peace of mind.
