Frequent Internet Disconnection and Variable Speed

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a Beam telecom customer having 2MBPS plan (Account Details: Mobile 9989961444, Registered Email: ujwols@gmail.com). Since last two weeks or so I am getting almost daily internet disconnection and also my speed is very variable. Most of the time I get 256Kbps connection. So everyday I woke up to see that there isn't internet connection and then raise a ticket which gets resolved but no longer for hour or so ..and then again another request ..The process goes on.. Do you have any plan of giving consistent connection to your customer at least which is working always. Please do the needful asap otherwise we are not left with any choice but to leave your service and opt for better and I believe same is the case with many other customer suffering alike me.
