Erratic connectivity

I have taken broadband connection from Beam Telecom under the annual package. The connectivity is very erratic. It is almost impossible to get their customer care on phone. Even after getting them on line, after several attempts, they simple listen, raise a ticket and close it the next moment. Ridiculous!!!

Their site mechanic, Bheem Reddy and the site-in-charge Kareem are simply not responsible. They do not pick up the phone, do not keep their word... less said about them the better.

Since I have paid for the entire year, I am silently suffering for their utter inadequate service.

Request for a redressal of the grievance.
