Terrible internet connectivty

I have subscribed for 6th monthh package on 11-10-09 with assurances from

beam cable operatot that they would provide satisfactory service.but, i have to say that is has been extreemely outrageously terrible.we have not ha one straight

week of service without any problem,

It extended to months of defective and often absenece of connection

the customer are department did nothigbut send mesages of confiarmation that complaint has been received.we have posted an excess of 70 complaits during a spanof 4 months .am lising out nmy complaint numbers

i used to lodge a compliant 2day..it will work properly for 5 hrs r utmost 1 dy..

and then sme ting happens

there re many other complaint numbers... but i have deleted the m from my inbox so i cant ost them here..

i want sone strict action to be taken againts that company..

we want them tp apy back te money which we have paid them
