Every time I complain a ticket no is issued to resolve the issue their person comes and does something which he never explains what he has done, the same problem comes very next day. I have complained atleast a dozen time in this 30 days but issue is not totally solved. I have taken this connection recently and I am fed up of complaining I feel I am cheated by this company.
