Improper/fake promises

I am a customer of beam telecom, i have requested for my package upgrade, i have given complaints three times, but they always say we will work on ur complaint/request in 24 hours, i waited for 72 hours butuntill now no response from, they give fake promises to customers that they will rectify any problem within 24 to 48hours, my ticket no's are 1412667, 1420054, 1424291.please friends if any one comes to you saying we are from beam telecom dont subscribe too thier broad band they are real cheaters, every month i give minimum of 5 complaints and 7 days of a month they take for rectifying our complaints, they dont give proper service, and they give all fake promises.
