Delay in Providing New Connection

I have applied for internet connection through Beam Telecom Pvt Ltd. i was asked to pay 1200/-{One Thousand Two Hundred Only} for three months for net connection with 256kbps speed. They have promised me to give the connection within two days from the receipt of amount. i have paid the amount by cheque on 19.11.2010. {Chq.no 093059 Corporation bank}. till now there is no response from the company i have raised many complaints with the company's customer care number but every time they promise me that it will done by the next day and till now that next has to turned up. i provide you some of the complaint numbers i raised with the company: 1447311, 1446564, 1445574, 1443665, 1443085, 1442619, 1441821 ad many more such complaints. they have not replied for the single complaint. the main moto behind taking the internet connection is for online trading. i have wasted some much time and money waiting for net connection through Beam Telecom. now i am looking for a compensation of Rs-1 lakh from the company for the loss of time and money because of those people.
