Pending connection

Dear sir,

I Mahender. A applied for new connection in beam telecom for the same i have contacted the customer care of the company they have an executive named moinuddin with mobile number 9505517692.Mr.moinuddin along with some other area officer came to my home for inspection and confirmed that connection will be available within 5 days and for the same he had collected some amount of Rs1200/- as installation and package subscription fees on 21/12 with receipt no-51493.

I have applied for internet connection past 20 days back but till

now i didn't received my connection and as well as i am contacting to

the sales executive and customer care daily from last 6six days no

one feels responsible and answer from the people is tommorow it will

be connected.

The commitment was given for connection today i.e, 06/01 but till

now no one has called me, i myself called to the customer care centre

and today also the same reply.

Finally today sales executive confirmed about the status of my

connection to the customer care centre people only when i made him to speak

regarding the status through my mobile in a conference call but in the

customer care centre Mr.shiva kumar who picked my call stating there

is no information being updated regarding my connection and says for

me to wait for one more day.

The reason sales executive states that this connection has to be

connected through a fiber line for which the material is not even

received from head office.

so kindly look into the matter and on the first meet with executive moinuddin

i clearly asked him for the possibility of the connection as i clearly

informed him that i will go with some other if not possible.without knowing any thing and how cum these people have collected the installation charges and commited

availability of connection and they are making me so irritative.

The major thing for this complaint is there is no body to feel responsible for my issue and i had tried to speak to there higher officials but same answer like wait for one day.
