Frequent connectivity issues and no response from beam telecom

Hello,

I have been a customer since August and have been facing connectivity issues frequently (at least 5 days in a month and every week I complain the issue).

I have been complaining a single issue several times and none of the technicians are able to provide permanent solution. They are closing the ticket without even getting the confirmation that internet

is working.

They usually close the tickets with in 24 hours without resolving the issue. Contacting nodal officer and appelate officer also make no difference.

The recently lodged one more complaint and its ticket number is 1730584.

The technician who regularly visit to my place is Satish (9912373311). Seems no action was taken against this technician, even after bringing the issue to nodal officer's notice.
