Not returing the deposited amout

Beam Telecom was taken 6 months advance rental from me by promising 6 months uninterpeted continue service, But they did not provided as promised and I was suffered to get the connection, I got frustration and finally requested for disconnection last month, and also requested to return by balance amount, I was raised almost 15 complaints, and they simply closing the ticket and not refunding my money back. Please help me to get my advance back, and the same issue expirecnced by my friends also, BEAM Telecom should avoild this, and should treat customers in happay way. And I sugget people not go for BEAM Broadband
