Beam has the absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered. They simply don't care at all about their customers and don't care whether your issue ever gets resolved. For 4 days now, I have been trying to get someone from beam to my house so I can pay my bill. In the meantime, beam has shut off my internet even though I have made several requests for payment. If I could pay by card or had a car, it would have been paid already. Every single day, you say someone will come within 24 hours, but nobody shows up. Nor do they call, but they will say that they did. I have zero missed calls on my phone, so in addition to lying about coming to collect payment, they also lie about calling the customer. I have tried to speak with a manager for the last 2 days and every time I call, they say no manager is available and someone will call me back within 24 hours. But does anyone call? nope. That is because beam's customer care is a complete joke. If someone doesn't come to collect payment, and turn my net back on by tonight, I am switching to Airtel. I most definitely do not have to put up with this terrible lack of consideration and customer service. I am so beyond irate that I may just switch to Airtel even if someone miraculously shows up to collect my payment today. Sincerely, Michelle Boissonneault
