NOT REFUNDING SECURITY DEPOSIT/POOR SERVICE

Hi,

Can you please let me know the procedure to file case against BEAM TELE, Hyderabad (040-66272727)

I have taken their Internet connection 2 months back on May 28.. Due to Poor service (9 disruptions in July out of 31 days) I got it deactivated...

At the start, I paid 1800 (600 for Installation charges non refundable, 600 for 1 month rent in advance and 600 for Security Deposit)

Now they are not willing to refund back my security deposit and harassing me with calls every now and then saying they wont refund the same...

Pls let me know the procedure to file the case...
