DISCONNECTED MY INTERNET CONNECTION WITHOUT ANY PRIOR INFORMATION EVEN AFTER PAID MONTHLY FEE

SIR,

I have taken a internet connection from beam telecom, hyderabad in the month of September by paying Rs 1000/- as deposit. I paid monthly rent of Rs 400/- for a few months. After that the beam telecom disconnected my internet connection without giving any intimation and the representatives did not come to collecte the monthly rent for the current month also and there was no drop box to drop my cheque to the concerned beam telecon. I along with my co-resident put our requests my times to the beam telecom to give connection they said they dont have any place to set up their setup box. they unauthorisedly set up the setup box out side of my residence wall and availed power supply also. when I questioned this they simply disconnected the internet services to me without any prior notice for more tahn 3 months
