Damaged caused to Desktop because of un monitered Torque

My Mother board of the desk top got damaged because high torque (which was not monitered). Despite of me making complaints, Asking for 24 hrs but doesnt repond to my Complaint.

Complait no is 4348366. This damage is second incidence. I cant go on purchase again & again. Please help me to get reimburse ment for the loss I incurred and ensure proper services are provided.
