Wrongly deactivated my broadband and not re-activating in spite of followup after payment for 2-3 days

My name is Chandrasekhar A. I have a broadband connection provided by Beam Telecom P Ltd. at Rain Tree Park, Hyderabad. A few days back I got a SMS saying that my account is on Hold, pay your bills. I had made the payment of the Jan bill on 29 Jan. Subsequent to that the service provider issued Feb bill. Before making the Feb bill, my internet service was deactivated. SInce last Friday (Feb 11) I have been desperately contacting Beam Telecom's Call Center to get the reasons and asked them to provide me details of due as claimed by them. They have not responded. They simply close the ticket raised just before 24 hrs. - as I can escalate it after 24 hrs. Very crooked way to handle complaints. There is no resolution and no one gives me proper answers.
Need help in how to get them to tell me why they show a due from me and re-activate my internet service immedialtely.
