Delay in providing service

I paid a sum of rs 2300 wide receipt no 5051 dt. 27/07/10 with an commitment that i will get copnnection with in 72 hrs. but till yet there is no responce. even they are not responding over the phone. once there techniciancame to me and said there is no space for giving new connection and they have to fix alternate box to give fresh connection. i said o k and showed the space to fix it but he very rudely that they have permisson to fix the box above 5 feets.

Still now till date there is no responce at all.
